When you make a payment for the September Weekend by BACS, please e-mail Jeremy Humphries your details at the same time, so that he can identify your payment:

Your name, address and OU Personal Identifier
For the M500 September Weekend - your serial/reference number for this year, if you know it
The details of your bank (name, sort code, account, etc.)
The date and amount of the transaction
Any reference number your bank gives to the transaction

The Winter Weekend Organizer / Membership Secretary do not have direct access to M500 Society bank statements, and therefore it is not easy to verify BACS payments.

If you wish to renew your membership by BACS transfer you must ensure that you send the renewal form to the Membership Secretary. clearing stating that you have paid by BACS and giving the above details, otherwise your membership will not be renewed.
